Tipton's coating technology is based on surface treatment “barrel polishing technology” for industrial applications. We hold approximately 1,200 patents in this field and boast a 65% market share in the industry. We redeveloped this technology for food coating applications in 1995. Approximately 200 machines are currently in operation in Japan for chocolate coating, sugar coating, powder coating, etc. We achieve higher yields, and faster coating than conventional pan.
